Restaurant Manager – Beach Club Wailoaloa

About the role

The Beach Club Wailoaloa in Nadi, Fiji is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This hands‑on leader will be responsible for driving service quality, managing staff, and controlling inventory while supporting revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Control stock, inventory, and wastage, monitoring ordering and usage.
• Ensure opening, closing and daily operating procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and compliance with health standards.
• Support revenue targets while enforcing cost controls.
• Oversee accurate use of POS systems and generate operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, accountable and hands‑on management approach.

Required skills

• Experience with SwiftPOS or a similar hospitality POS system.
