About the role

Electomech Limited is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join its store team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well‑presented store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Welcome and greet customers, identify their needs, and successfully complete sales.
• Maintain outstanding store condition, visual merchandising standards, and full stock levels.
• Stay aware of promotions and advertisements and support branch marketing plans.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Assist the branch in achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe features and benefits.

Required profile

• Highly organised, motivated, and confident.
• Prior experience in a similar retail sales role is highly advantageous.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality with utmost professionalism.
• Fluent in English; ability to communicate in a vernacular language is desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical products and hardware is an added advantage.
