About the role

Electomech Limited, a leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer in Fiji and the Pacific, is looking for performance‑driven, customer‑oriented Retail Supervisors. The role will be based across our Ba, Lautoka, Suva and Nakasi outlets, overseeing daily store operations and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and complete sales transactions.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Stay informed on promotions and support branch marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by collaborating with the Operations Manager on effective sales strategies.
• Plan practical store layouts and monitor stock levels for timely deliveries.
• Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork to meet productivity goals.
• Provide regular performance feedback to branch staff in coordination with the Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Highly organised, motivated and confident.
• Prior experience in a similar retail supervisory role is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality with professionalism.
• Fluent English; ability to speak a local vernacular is desirable.
• Valid Group 2 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
