Sales Consultant – High‑Earning Role in Lautoka

About the role

We are looking for a top‑performing Sales Consultant to join our Lautoka office. You will promote our education and migration services to Pacific Island families, helping them access Australian study and skilled migration pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold‑calling, networking and referrals.
• Present tailored education and migration solutions and close high‑ticket sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up on leads using the company CRM.
• Collaborate with consultants and support staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑ticket sales such as insurance, timeshare, or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay disciplined and meet aggressive targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to undergo full training on our specific services.
