Sales Consultant – High‑Ticket Sales (Suva, Fiji)

About the role

We are seeking a top‑performing Sales Consultant to join our new Suva office. The role focuses on selling high‑value education and migration services to Pacific Island families, helping them access Australian study and skilled migration pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold‑calling, networking and referrals.
• Present and tailor education and migration solutions to meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑ticket sales.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow‑up activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑ticket sales (insurance, timeshare, financial services or similar).
• Strong self‑motivation, discipline and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work in Suva office and travel locally as needed.
