Sales Executive

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Consumer Team in Lautoka. You will be responsible for promoting Digicel’s mobile products and services in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Digicel products according to set criteria and guidelines.
• Display products to maximise customer interest and sales levels.
• Track all SIMs and handsets, identify faults and report them to the Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Adhere to industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
• Participate in stock counts, promotions, road shows and other scheduled events.
• Submit customer feedback and issues for escalation.
• Achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• A pass in Year 13 or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar sales role within a mid‑to‑large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of the latest mobile gadgets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
