Sales Merchandiser – Retail (Nakasi, Fiji)

About the role

Essity is looking for a Sales Merchandiser to join its team in Nakasi, Fiji. Reporting to the Sales Executive – Key Accounts (Food Stores), you will be responsible for covering assigned store territories, ensuring product visibility, handling order picking, performing range checks, and communicating promotions to retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales promotions, marketing campaigns, advertising, pricing, and distribution activities within the assigned area.
• Implement shelf allocation, spacing, product promotions, and point‑of‑purchase display activities.
• Gather and relay customer feedback and competitor information to internal stakeholders.
• Accurately record daily activities and reports using Essity’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar merchandising or sales role.
• Strong passion for sales and customer service.
• Team‑player with excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and willing to travel regularly across the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system for activity reporting.
