Tax Accounting & Reporting Manager (Suva)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Tax Accounting and Reporting Manager to lead our Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) practice at EY’s Suva office. The role combines client portfolio management, staff coaching, and direct reporting to the Partner, ensuring high‑quality financial statements and tax compliance for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering financial statements, income tax returns and other compliance deliverables.
• Coach and supervise staff to support client engagements and maintain service excellence.
• Report to the Partner on client matters and team performance, ensuring high standards of service.

Required profile

• Proficiency in MYOB or Xerox accounting software.
• Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs.
• Ability to use the FRCS TPOS system.
• Strong people‑management and clear communication skills.
• Self‑starter who is highly organized and balances work with people focus.
