Temporary Sales Executive

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated Temporary Sales Executive to join its Consumer Team in Suva. This fast‑paced position involves promoting Digicel’s mobile products and services while delivering excellent customer experiences in a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Digicel products according to company criteria and guidelines.
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by presenting products effectively.
• Track all SIMs and handsets, identify faults and report them to the Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in scheduled stock counts and verify that all monies, SIMs and handsets are accounted for.
• Submit customer feedback and issues for escalation.
• Provide market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
• Achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs.
• Use company‑assigned tools, apps and systems for communication and processes.
• Attend weekly schedules, promotions, road shows and mandatory training sessions.

Required profile

• Pass in Year 13 or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar sales role within a mid‑to‑large organisation.
• Sound knowledge of the latest mobile gadgets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
