Customer Experience Coordinator (Fixed-Term, 6 Months)

About the role

The Wonderful Company (Neptune Pacific) is hiring a fixed-term Customer Experience Coordinator for six months in Suva, reporting to the Customer Experience Domestic Team Lead. The role coordinates the end-to-end process for landside business in Fiji, from quotes, bookings and customs clearance (including biosecurity and fumigation) to transport and billing, working with many departments to align company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual support to customers across all products sold.
• Create and support customers and the team in CargoWise in a timely way so information flows accurately through all processes.
• Communicate and follow up with Sales and other teams as required.
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Identify improvement opportunities and, where needed, prepare reports showing their potential costs, risks and benefits.
• Act as a role model championing the Way of Work, challenge the status quo and recommend alternative solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Customs, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping ERP required; CargoWise is advantageous.
• Maintain customer relationships and customer service qualities.

Required skills

• Analytical and quantitative skills.
• Intermediate user of MS Office with expertise in PowerPoint.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
