About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures seamless service delivery, team cohesion, and guest satisfaction in a Marriott property located on Savusavu Road, Momi Bay, Nadi, Fiji.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate staff to provide optimal service, inspecting grooming, attire, and performance.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, inventory, and securing the premises.
- Monitor dining areas for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being, and address any issues promptly.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and FIFO storage practices.
Required profile
- Fiji citizenship.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs or confined spaces.
