Beverage Manager

About the role

The Beverage Manager leads and oversees daily beverage operations across bars, lounges, restaurants, in‑room dining and other service areas. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences by delivering high‑quality beverage programs, maintaining strict cost controls, managing inventory and developing the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily beverage operations and ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, food safety and liquor licensing regulations.
• Develop and implement beverage menus, promotions, seasonal offerings and special events to drive revenue and guest spend.
• Manage inventory, monitor beverage costs, and maintain control systems to achieve financial targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, respond to feedback, and implement service recovery measures.
• Coach, mentor and train beverage associates, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food Service Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing beverage operations in hotels, resorts or similar hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to control costs, manage inventory and ensure compliance with liquor control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑development skills.
