Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & LS Retail Techno-Functional Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail Techno‑Functional Specialist to join our Suva office. The role involves analysing client business processes, designing and implementing solutions, and providing end‑to‑end support for retail and ERP projects across Fiji and the Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into Business Central and LS Central solutions.
• Implement, configure, test and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central.
• Work across retail POS, inventory, purchasing, sales, finance and related processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with developers and technical teams.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, training, implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing client support.
• Support cloud‑hosted Business Central / LS Central environments.
• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or equivalent in IT, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central / LS Central consulting and implementation.
• Practical experience with LS Retail / LS Central and retail POS solutions.
• Experience with cloud‑hosted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments.
• Strong business process analysis, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a project team.
