People & Culture Intern

About the role

Join the People & Culture team at Radisson Blu Resort (Fiji) as an intern and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. You will support daily operations, learn HR processes, and help deliver the brand promise of "Every Moment Matters".

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to keep the People & Culture department running smoothly.
• Provide responsive service to team members, handling general enquiries and directing issues appropriately.
• Support departmental projects, initiatives, and hotel activities through coordination, communication, and follow‑up.
• Maintain records, documentation, filing systems, databases, and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments, building positive working relationships that reflect company values.
• Help with recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and team‑member activities as assigned.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for internal processes, audits, compliance, and reporting, ensuring confidentiality.
• Learn and apply People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practices under guidance.
