Process Operator - Plant Logistics

About the role

FIJI Water, a division of The Wonderful Company, is hiring a Process Operator for its plant logistics team in Tavua. The role covers recording finished goods, operating and maintaining production equipment, supporting logistics workflows and keeping OEE above 85%. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Record all finished goods in Oracle daily and execute the LPN drop process.
• Maintain accurate Apex entries and data trackers, following standard procedures for inventory uploads and departmental compliance.
• Oversee product loading to quality standards and escalate daily finished goods and equipment performance issues to Logistics Management.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, blowers/fillers, labelers, shrink wrappers, case erectors, case packers, case sealers, palletizers and stretch wrappers.
• Carry out AM checks, escalate predictive failures, and perform hand palletizing, deboxing, product transfer and 7S tasks as required.
• Support production when needed, help the team during market changeovers, and support quality compliance and environmental initiatives across the site.

Required profile

• Year 12 completed.
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar logistics or production role.
• Valid Group 9 driving licence.
• Ability to work night, afternoon and weekend shifts.
• Self-motivated, reliable team player who works with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Certificate in computing/administration.
• Preferred: extensive trucking or fleet experience, and competency in WOW and Lean problem-solving tools.
