Recreation Supervisor

About the role

The Recreation Supervisor creates and manages recreational activities for guests, ensuring a fun and safe environment at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Create activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, notifying management of low stock.
• Recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation programs.
• Promote facility rules, ensure guest safety, and respond to emergencies.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and coordinate with emergency services.
• Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.
• Assist in training, motivating, and coaching staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, process payments, and ensure quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related recreation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Fiji citizenship (application open for Fiji citizens only).
