Sales & Marketing Specialist – Education & Migration Services

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Suva. The role focuses on promoting our education and migration services, engaging prospective students and converting inquiries into admissions and visa applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads, conduct client consultations and deliver information sessions.
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate training or promotional events.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Background in facilitating workshops, information sessions or promotional events.
• Experience in sales management, reporting performance metrics.
• Familiarity with education, migration or international study services (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Suva and handle multiple tasks using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
