Statutory Reporting Analyst

About the role

As a Statutory Reporting Analyst in ANZ's Pacific Finance Team, you will ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial and regulatory reporting while supporting strong governance, compliance and financial control across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, reconciliations and supporting workpapers.
• Assist with month‑end activities and financial control processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and controls.
• Partner with Finance, business stakeholders and external auditors to support reporting requirements.
• Contribute to a strong governance, risk and compliance culture by adhering to accounting standards, policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree and qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
• Professional experience in financial services roles with solid working knowledge of financial control.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and presenting finance matters to stakeholders.
