Compliance and Audit Analyst

About the role

The Compliance and Audit Analyst will ensure that our hotel operates within all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. This full‑time position supports the protection of the hotel's reputation and smooth operations through proactive compliance management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure adherence to local laws, regulations and industry standards affecting hotel operations.
• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments and internal control reviews.
• Investigate compliance incidents, recommend corrective actions and follow‑up on implementation.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver training programs to staff on compliance topics and promote ongoing awareness.
• Collaborate with hotel management, legal advisors and external auditors to integrate compliance across all functions.
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related discipline.
• 2‑5 years of experience in compliance, internal audit or regulatory roles, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel industry regulations and standards.
• Experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.
