Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate (GSA) supports daily operations at our hotel’s dining venues. This part‑time position ensures a clean, welcoming environment and delivers courteous service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Complete closing duties: store reusable items, break down goods, clean equipment, lock refrigerators, restock, turn off lights, lock doors, and follow the daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas; inspect china, glass, and silver for cleanliness and presentation before use.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Follow company safety policies, report accidents, and complete required safety training.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional; protect company assets and confidential information.
• Welcome guests, use clear professional language, answer phones with proper etiquette, and develop positive working relationships.

Required profile

• Fiji citizenship required.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces.
