Human Resources Lead

About the role

As the Human Resources Lead you will oversee day‑to‑day HR support for our Fiji operations, managing a small team of HR Officers and partnering closely with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the HR Officers team.
• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance, disciplinary, grievance and termination matters.
• Ensure consistent and compliant HR practices across the business.
• Apply knowledge of Fiji employment legislation to workplace issues and escalate complex matters.
• Collaborate with broader HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.

Required profile

• Strong generalist HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
• Experience coaching, supporting or leading HR professionals.
• Hands‑on experience managing employee relations and performance matters.
• Sound working knowledge of Fiji employment legislation.
• Strong judgement, clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
