Reservations Executive – Tier One

About the role

The Reservations Executive will manage all reservation enquiries, changes and cancellations for our Denarau Island property. You will ensure accurate bookings, deliver exceptional guest service and apply revenue‑maximising techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, modifications and cancellations in the PMS with precision.
• Identify guest needs, recommend suitable room types and explain hotel policies.
• Apply upselling and sales techniques to increase revenue.
• Document special requests and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Follow escalation procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years experience in hotel reservations, front office, call centre or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively.
• Legal right to work in Fiji.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems such as Opera PMS.
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
