Stores Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Stores Guest Service Agent receives, inspects, stores and distributes merchandise and supplies in line with company standards and food safety regulations. The role ensures accurate stock handling, inventory control, clean storage areas and timely reporting of stock levels. It is island-based and requires working on a rostered stay-on-island schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and distribute goods to the designated departments
• Ensure correct storage, rotation and handling of stock, including perishables
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors
• Refuse damaged, incorrect or sub-standard deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of storage areas, cold rooms and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards at all times
• Complete required documentation and requisition forms accurately
• Support team operations and perform manual handling duties and other tasks as assigned

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Legal working rights in Fiji
• Willingness to work on a rostered stay-on-island arrangement
• Self-motivated, able to handle a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude
