Regional Director of Sales & Marketing – Fiji & Pacific

About the role

This senior regional leadership position is based at the award‑winning InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa. The Regional Director of Sales & Marketing will shape commercial strategy for IHG’s portfolio in Fiji and provide support to IHG‑managed hotels across Fiji and Vanuatu.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive regional Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with IHG brand standards and business objectives.
• Lead commercial planning and performance management for the Fiji & Pacific portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities to grow market share, profitability and overall commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, leisure, wholesale, MICE, government and strategic accounts.
• Strengthen the portfolio’s presence across domestic, regional and international source markets.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, distribution, digital, partnership and business‑development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with General Managers, hotel leadership teams and IHG stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable results.

Required profile

• Internationally accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to lead senior teams and manage a multi‑property portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Experience working in Pacific markets or similar regional environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
