Food & Beverage Team Leader

About the role

The Food & Beverage Team Leader ensures that staff work together to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs at our hotel in Nadi, Fiji. This full‑time position involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining standards, and supporting the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead staff to work as a cohesive team, ensuring optimum service and guest satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing duties, set up supplies, clean equipment, and secure the premises.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and report urgent issues.
• Report employee, guest, or vendor incidents to management and Loss Prevention.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.

Required profile

• Open to Fiji citizens only.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in food & beverage.
