Analyst Control Testing

About the role

The Analyst Control Testing will support the Manager Controls Testing Pacific in delivering robust control testing across Pacific markets. You will work closely with risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure controls meet regulatory and policy standards while maintaining accurate records in ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute control testing activities in line with the IAM Framework and Control Monitoring Procedure.
• Produce high‑quality testing outputs and report findings to Control Owners and Risk Owners.
• Update ServiceNow (SNOW) with accurate data after each testing cycle.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop a centralized controls testing function.
• Maintain governance compliance across all testing activities.
• Assess impact of testing initiatives and communicate requirements across the business.
• Recommend remediation for ineffective controls and re‑test remediated controls promptly.
• Support reporting of test results to risk forums and country BG&C leads.

Required profile

• Experience in control testing, risk or compliance within banking or financial services.
• Understanding of regulatory and policy requirements relevant to the Pacific region.
• Familiarity with IAM and Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Required skills

• ServiceNow (SNOW) – data entry and record management.
• IAM Framework knowledge.
