Claims Consultant (Part-Time)

About the role

Tower, an insurance provider based in Suva, Fiji, is looking for customer-focused Claims Consultants to deliver a great customer experience with the flexibility of part-time work. The role suits people with customer service experience, recent graduates, or those returning to work after a break. It is based in the Suva hub, which supports customers across five Pacific nations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and contribute to a seamless claims experience.
• Support customers end-to-end, from lodgement through to resolution.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with policies and service standards.
• In the first 6-12 months: provide high-quality support by phone and email, guide customers through their claims journey, build relationships with internal teams and external partners, and strengthen expertise in claims, compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or claims-related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work with complex systems and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance products and claims processes is preferred.
• Integrity, resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Available to start on a Tower-provided date with no planned leave in the first 6 weeks of training.
