Finance Executive – Income Audit

About the role

The Finance Executive (Income Audit) ensures that all hotel revenue transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting standards. You will work closely with multiple hotel departments to audit daily income, resolve discrepancies, and support financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and post daily revenue from rooms, food & beverage, events and other outlets.
• Reconcile receipts and payments with POS and PMS systems.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and assist in monthly financial statements.
• Identify, investigate and resolve any transaction discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain organized financial records.
• Oversee financial software usage and assist with system upgrades.
• Provide training on financial procedures to staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Understanding of hotel revenue management and audit controls.
