About the role

The Food and Beverage Guest Service Assistant supports the restaurant service period, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and memorable experiences. You will maintain outlet cleanliness, handle enquiries, and assist the Food and Beverage team with daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
• Handle general enquiries and create tailored guest experiences.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to encourage future bookings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar guest service role.
• Working rights in Fiji.
• Enthusiastic about career growth and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and checklists.
