About the role

The Food and Beverage Guest Service Attendant supports the restaurant service period, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and memorable experiences throughout their dining journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with restaurant service, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and complete daily checklists with attention to detail.
• Handle general enquiries and create tailored guest experiences.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to encourage future bookings.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar guest service role.
• Legal working rights in Fiji.
• Enthusiastic about career growth and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to follow checklists and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
