Manager Transaction Banking Sales Fiji

About the role

As a Transaction Banking Manager you will originate, develop and manage transaction banking opportunities across corporate, commercial and business banking client segments. The focus is on growing revenue through cash management, payments, liquidity, trade finance and digital banking solutions while delivering exceptional customer outcomes and managing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and grow transaction banking revenue.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product partners to develop client strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and service excellence.
• Prepare client proposals and participate in sales pitches.
• Support client digital adoption initiatives – Fileactive and Transactive.
• Resolve client issues and service concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial and business banking clients.
• Participate in Transaction Banking projects.
• Conduct regular client reviews, visits and strategic discussions.

Required profile

• Strong background in Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, Cash Management and Trade Solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgement and decision‑making capability.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and AML requirements.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred.
