About the role

The position is for a member of the Independent Audit Committee at AB “Kelių priežiūra”. AB “Kelių priežiūra” is a modern company with more than 2,000 employees, responsible for the maintenance of over 21,000 km of state‑owned roads in Lithuania. The company ensures road accessibility in winter, improves road quality in spring‑autumn, carries out road repairs, construction, signage, heavy‑vehicle maintenance services, and produces asphalt products.
