Production Planner

About the role

FIJI Water is seeking a Production Planner to manage site‑wide maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring optimal overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The role supports quality, environmental, and philanthropic initiatives while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the maintenance planning and scheduling program to meet OEE targets.
• Facilitate regular performance meetings with production personnel to prioritize planned activities.
• Create standard work documents for scheduled and unscheduled production tasks.
• Apply structured problem‑solving (PDCA) to improve planning processes and reduce downtime.
• Support site‑wide quality compliance and environmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a related area.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to the company’s core values and philanthropic initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) credential or equivalent project management knowledge.
