Resort Experience Executive (Mandarin/Vietnamese Speaking)

About the role

The Resort Experience Executive is responsible for creating highly personalized stay experiences for Mandarin‑ and Vietnamese‑speaking guests, with a strong focus on the pre‑arrival stage. Working across multiple resort touchpoints, the role blends guest‑relations, operational coordination and team leadership to ensure brand excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary host for Mandarin‑ and Vietnamese‑speaking clientele, handling inquiries, VIP arrival preparation and pre‑arrival communication.
• Manage daily operations of the Resort Experience team, create rosters, develop SOPs and ensure seamless coverage across guest‑service areas.
• Coordinate with internal departments (bell, front desk, housekeeping, engineering, security) to resolve guest requests and problems promptly.
• Engage guests in conversation, provide local recommendations and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of area attractions.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Relevant supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English.
• Eligible to work in Fiji.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems/PMS, specifically Opera.
• Basic office software competence.
