Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the dining team on Tokoriki Island, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations in a vibrant, community‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff to deliver optimum service, inspect grooming and attire, and address any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the venue.
• Manage inventory, stock requisition, and storage organization using FIFO principles.
• Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest wellbeing, and complete maintenance work orders.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar restaurant supervisory role.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, rostered stay‑on‑island schedule.
• Legal right to work in Fiji and willingness to work on‑site.
