Transaction Banking Manager – Fiji

About the role

As a Transaction Banking Manager at ANZ in Suva, you will drive growth of transaction banking revenue across corporate, commercial and business banking segments. You’ll work closely with relationship managers and product partners to deliver cash management, payments, liquidity, trade finance and digital banking solutions while ensuring excellent customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase transaction banking revenue.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams to create client strategies and proposals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Support digital adoption initiatives, including Fileactive and Transactive platforms.
• Prepare client proposals, participate in sales pitches and conduct regular client reviews.
• Participate in transaction banking projects and strategic discussions.

Required profile

• Strong background in transaction banking, corporate banking, cash management and trade solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgement, decision‑making ability and client relationship management experience.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and AML requirements.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field (preferred).
