About the role

CSSE Group (City Service) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support its real‑estate management operations across the Baltic region. The role will provide data‑driven insights to senior management and help improve business processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes of group companies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in budgeting, planning and review cycles, collaborating with finance, operations and IT stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses for decision‑making.
• Gather and document business requirements together with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop data models for performance and financial monitoring.
• Create business cases, scenario assessments and financial/operational models for strategic initiatives.
• Support digitalisation, automation, AI and process‑optimisation projects at enterprise scale.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure consistent reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English communication skills.
• Proven experience as a business or data analyst in a corporate group environment.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and attention to data accuracy.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and reporting solutions.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with finance, operations and IT stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modelling).
• Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, QlikView or Tableau.
• SQL knowledge (preferred).
