Finance Manager – Hospitality Finance Leadership

About the role

As a Finance Manager with Hilton’s Hotels team, you will elevate the finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to the General Manager and hotel operations. Your work will directly support delivering memorable guest experiences while safeguarding the hotel’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Apply best‑practice accounting within a strong control framework.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights through regular reporting.
• Provide commercial and financial guidance to operational teams.
• Improve efficiency by integrating smart IT solutions.
• Drive strong returns on capital projects and investments.
• Align budgets with strategic goals and produce accurate forecasts.
• Build and develop a capable finance team.
• Safeguard liquidity through rigorous cash‑management controls.
• Optimize operational cost structures for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• A passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
