Manager, Tax Accounting and Reporting ACR - Suva Office

About the role

EY is hiring a Manager for its Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) team in the Suva office. This is presented as a step up in a professional accounting career, with support, training and guidance from an international accounting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, principally delivering financial statements together with income tax returns and other compliance deliverables
• Manage and coach staff to help them deliver the above
• Report to the Partner on client and staff matters, ensuring excellence in service

Required profile

• Able to review, manage people and communicate effectively and clearly
• A self-starter who is highly organised and focused, with a balanced approach to work and people
• The firm states that not all boxes need to be ticked; aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn are valued

Required skills

• Proficiency in MYOB or Xero
• Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs
• Ability to use the FRCS TPOS system
