Porter – Guest Services

About the role

The Porter will greet and escort guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. This role ensures a welcoming experience for all guests and supports smooth operations of the front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, open doors, and escort them to their rooms or vehicles.
• Transport and store luggage, assist with loading/unloading from vehicles.
• Provide directions, arrange transportation, and communicate parking procedures.
• Maintain uniform appearance, follow safety policies, and report incidents.

Required profile

• Fiji citizenship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
